It was an EXTRAORDINARY experience for me! I was apprehensive at first and did not believe I could do it! Thanks to Gemma’s daily check-ins and coaching, her awesome program and classes, and the amazing community of Rebooters, I got into a routine of good habits (not only one!) and exercise, carrying on beyond the reboot month. Thank you Gemma for your inspiration and expert coaching in this amazing journey!
The sense of COMMUNITY was really great and helped me stay focussed and motivated. I really wasn't sure if I'd manage to stay on track for the whole month, but to my surprise I did, and managed to lose more weight than I expected. I absolutely loved it!
The Reboot did WONDERS for both my body and soul. It gave me the motivation I needed to get back to consistently exercising while also improving my nutritional awareness and mental health. The sense of community is brilliant; the other amazing “Rebooters” totally inspired me to keep me on track.
I LOVE the reboots and have joined them all! Same incredible energy boost and amazing Gemma, but each comes with new challenges, new healthy tips and new lovely people.

I'm definitely a DEVOTEE after my second Reboot! This Reboot made me fitter and stronger thanks to bands and weights incorporated in the workouts. Being accountable to Gemma (and myself) really helps me feel motivated. What I love the most are the daily exercises, supportive spirit of all involved, and the fact that prioritising my wellbeing is no longer a challenge.
This is THE NEW ME! This Reboot gave me the opportunity to test my endurance and resilience to another level. I love the fact that I have built up my strength again, and can now lift heavier, and for longer.
I feel so much STRONGER after the Reboot, I have made some really good nutritional changes, and I now feel in control of my both my diet & fitness.
It was just WHAT I NEEDED to get back into a healthy routine. The combination of different types and lengths of workouts, and challenges, made me feel like I was achieving a lot every day, and I saw measurable results as well. Between that and feeling supported & motivated by Gemma and the Rebooters, my mindset was in a great place by the end to keep up the healthy habits well beyond the 4 weeks.
The Reboot PUSHED me to explore new things with both food and physical activity, and guided me to set my own goals. I loved this holistic approach. I’m sure that I will continue doing some of the new habits I introduced during the four week Reboot Challenge.
My Reboot was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE for me in so many ways. I loved the daily exercise videos, the challenges and the constant support and encouragement from Gemma. I lost 6kg during the Reboot challenge which is amazing, but more importantly I found my way back to better food decisions and a passion for exercise that have continued beyond the Reboot. Thank you, Gemma, I feel better and look better than I have done for years!!
It is MORE THAN just exercising and getting fit. The Reboot is a month-long supported journey which changes your body, your mindset, your outlook and and your eating habits. I learnt so much more than I thought, and have made changes which are now a way of life for me. I would definitely recommend to everyone. Whether you are new to fitness or already work out regularly
