This TWO WEEK CHALLENGE is designed to reset & refocus your health & fitness, and give you that extra motivation & support you need to be the best version of yourself.
EVERY DAY you will receive an email which will contain the following:

In addition there will be 2 LIVE CLASSES each week:
Monday ZUMBA (19:15)
Wednesday HIIT (09:15)
This is a POINTS BASED Challenge, therefore the more you do, the more points you earn. As the saying goes:
"YOU'VE GOT TO BE IN IT TO WIN IT"
