Our Four Week Challenge is designed to help you get back on track with your personal health & fitness goals. 


Whether you want to up your fitness game, improve your diet, increase your energy levels, or you just want to restart your fitness routine, or find your fitness grove, then this Challenge is for you!

With daily on-demand WORKOUT VIDEOS, a weekly GROUP HIIT CLASS, personalised NUTRITION monitoring, ACTIVITY tracking and tons of MOTIVATION & SUPPORT from myself and the group, you can choose your PERSONAL Reboot Challenge GOALS and fit them around your LIFESTYLE. 

If you wish to take part in the "Group Challenge" element of the Reboot then the principle is simple: the more challenges you "do" the more points you "win", and each week we will have a little friendly competition to see who has earned the most points in the week.  There will also be an overall group winner to keep things interesting and keep you all on your toes!
